Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 6, 2026

The Services are operated by MOMENTS TECH PTE. LTD. (UEN 202312566E). "SignalsTrade" is a product name.

Summary. SignalsTrade is software and connectivity infrastructure (e.g., strategy configuration, webhook ingress, broker account binding, and operational telemetry). We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, or fiduciary. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or “signals” as a regulated advisory service. You are solely responsible for compliance with securities, derivatives, commodities, tax, and other laws that apply to you—including, where relevant, rules and guidance from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), self-regulatory organizations, and state regulators. These terms are not legal advice; have qualified counsel review them for your business.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using SignalsTrade websites, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Nature of the Services (tooling only)

The Services provide technical tools to help you connect, configure, route, and monitor automation workflows related to trading accounts you control or are authorized to use. Features may include, without limitation: user accounts; strategy objects; webhook or message endpoints; integrations with third-party brokers, custodians, market data providers, or gateways; paper or simulation environments; logging; and billing or subscription mechanics.

The Services do not execute trades except as instructed by you (or systems you configure) through supported integrations. We do not custody your assets, hold your funds for trading purposes, or guarantee execution quality, liquidity, fills, pricing, or market availability.

3. Not investment, legal, or tax advice

Nothing in the Services, documentation, marketing materials, UI copy, examples, templates, or support communications constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative, or other financial instrument. Any examples (including sample strategies, parameters, routing rules, or webhook payloads) are illustrative only and may be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

You alone decide whether any use of the Services is appropriate for you. You should consult licensed professionals regarding regulatory status, disclosures, registrations, exemptions, and filings applicable to your activities.

4. Regulatory posture & your compliance obligations

SignalsTrade does not warrant that your use of the Services complies with any particular regulator’s rules. Depending on how you use automation (including publishing alerts, routing orders, managing multiple accounts, or interacting with subscribers), you may implicate broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, exchange, crowdfunding, advertising, licensing, anti-fraud, market manipulation, reporting, recordkeeping, privacy, or other regimes—in the United States (including SEC and CFTC frameworks), European Union, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, or elsewhere.

5. Eligibility & account security

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and API tokens. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including webhook endpoints that accept inbound requests. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access (contact channel published on the site or product).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose risk to the Services or other users.

7. Third-party services & data

The Services may integrate with third-party brokers, OAuth providers, identity services, payment processors, and infrastructure hosts. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, errors, restrictions, margin calls, regulatory actions, or losses arising from third-party platforms.

8. Risk disclosure

Trading and automated execution involve substantial risk of loss, including possible loss of your entire principal. Past simulated or hypothetical performance does not predict future results. Technology failures, network latency, partial fills, halts, extreme volatility, model error, misconfiguration, and operational mistakes can cause unexpected outcomes. Paper or demo environments may not reflect live market conditions. You use the Services at your own risk.

9. Fees, trials, and changes

Certain features may be paid or subscription-based as described in-product. Taxes may apply. We may modify, deprecate, or add features; where required by law or material to you, we will provide reasonable notice when feasible.

10. Intellectual property

SignalsTrade and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for your internal business or personal automation operations. You retain rights in your own data and configurations you submit.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNALSTRADE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SIGNALSTRADE FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

13. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SignalsTrade from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your strategies or signals, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your dispute with end users, subscribers, brokers, or regulators—except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, legal process, or operational reasons. Provisions intended to survive (e.g., disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) will survive termination.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction designated in a separate enterprise agreement (if any). In the absence of such an agreement, governing law and dispute resolution venue are [to be specified by SignalsTrade counsel]. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections in your country may apply notwithstanding this section.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, where permitted by law.
